Summary and next steps

The summary is where all of your work comes together. Within this session you will:

• Bring all of your work together in a focused way
• Prioritise your key career ingredients
• Consider the career options identified on the way
• Identify any extra steps which might be helpful
• Obtain insight on how to identify those steps
• Decide on the next step

This is achieved by working together to distil everything we have learned on your journey into a "summary booklet".

Within this booklet we distil the information still further and produce a key diagram on an A4 sheet with everything that is important to you within your career.

As a final step we distil this down further into the 12 key items which will help you make the decisions to move you forward.
