David Carey Msc., D.M.S., PGDip., CEng., MIEE., MCMI is the Principal of Inspire. David's career has spanned Engineering, Training, Business Development, Employee Development, Career Counselling and Consultancy, resulting in a number of National Training Awards. Previous achievements have included the development of an internationally accredited professional development scheme. This was the first of its kind under the new rules for achieving CEng., status - SARTOR97 (Standards and Routes to Registration). David complements his work with local community involvement, has risen to the position of Vice-President Wessex Branch of the Chartered Management Institute and takes an active role in the Prince's Trust. A frequent speaker on career related topics, David's motivation is to inspire the fulfillment of others in their work.
